Bellator has added the Heavyweight Tournament Finals to the November 2nd Pay-per-view card being headlined by Quinton Rampage Jackson and Tito Ortiz. The finals will consist of Cheick Kongo and Vinicius Queiroz squaring off for a title shot in the heavyweight division.
